Overview Join a dynamic team as a CDL Driver-Pull for an Amazon Freight Partner, where your skills will power efficient freight delivery across diverse routes. As a vital link in the supply chain, you’ll navigate over-the-road routes with precision, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards while providing exceptional service. As a solo2 driver, your weekly schedule will look like this: 14hour trip--> 10 hour break off the clock in the sleeper 14 hour trip-->Back home! You will repeat this cycle twice, for a total of 56 hours working per week. That's 16 hours of guaranteed overtime each week! Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers automatic transmissions, regional/local routes (FL-GA-AL-SC) No Touch Freight Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking for hazards related to hazardous materials regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and cargo documentation in compliance with FMCSA regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delivery status, or any issues encountered during transit.
