CDL-A W2 Regional Driver - 0.66/Mile Northeast Region

We are hiring CDL-A Regional Company Drivers to run dedicated Northeast lanes along Interstate 95 North into Massachusetts. Drivers operate throughout NJ, PA, MD, NY, MA, CT, and DE, with consistent weekly miles, drop-and-hook freight, and strong accessorial pay. This position offers $0.66 per mile, a $1,653 weekly average, stop pay, delay pay, and a $500 new-hire transition bonus. Drivers are home weekly with a 34-hour reset at home on weekends and may be home during the week depending on routes. Pay and bonuses Mileage pay: $0.66 CPM Hourly pay: $29.00 per hour Average weekly pay: $1350 - $1650 Estimated annual pay: $65,000 - $79,500 Stop pay: $27.00 per stop Delay pay: $25.00 per hour New-hire transition bonus: $500 paid in full on the second paycheck Average weekly miles: approximately 1,896 Average weekly stops: approximately 9 Schedule and home time Sunday afternoon through Friday Dispatch times vary between 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM Must be comfortable operating overnight Home weekly Potential home time during the week, depending on routes 34-hour reset at home on weekends Operating area NJ, PA, MD, NY, MA, CT, DE Primary running area Interstate 95 North into Massachusetts What you will do Transport freight on regional Northeast routes Complete drop-and-hook deliveries and pick-ups Perform dock bumping at customer locations Complete approximately 9 stops per week Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Follow DOT, HazMat, and safety regulations Communicate with dispatch and follow delivery instructions Equipment and freight 2022 Freightliner tractors 53-foot, 102-inch swing-door trailers Drop-and-hook freight Dock bumping required Minimal touch freight On-site parking available Driver requirements Valid Class A CDL HazMat endorsement required Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience Comfortable with night driving No pets or passengers allowed
