CDL-A Regional Driver - 0.70/Mile Home Weekly, Martinsburg, WV

We are hiring CDL-A Regional Dedicated Solo Drivers based in Martinsburg, WV. Drivers run regional routes across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast, hauling industrial cleaning supplies. This position offers strong starting mileage pay, a weekly minimum guarantee, mileage performance bonuses, extra-stop pay, and a $500 transition bonus. Drivers are generally home by Friday evening with a guaranteed 34-hour reset at home each week. Pay and bonuses Starting pay: $0.70 CPM for all drivers After one year: $0.71 CPM Weekly average: $1400 - $1500 Mileage performance bonus: additional $0.02 CPM on all miles when reaching 2,000 miles in a week Extra-stop pay: $25 for each stop after the initial stop Transition bonus: $500 paid in full on the driver’s second paycheck Fleet average: approximately 1,476 miles per week Top average: approximately 2,386 miles per week Schedule and home time Workweek generally begins Monday morning Occasional Sunday departure may be required based on customer needs Drivers are usually home by Friday evening Drivers may stay out longer if they choose Guaranteed 34-hour reset at home each week Home weekly Operating area NJ, PA, MD, DE, VA, NY, MA, OH, IN, NC, IL, GA What you will do Haul industrial cleaning supplies on regional dedicated routes Transport placarded shipments departing Martinsburg Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Follow DOT, HazMat, and safety regulations Occasionally assist with unloading at smaller customer locations Move products from the front of the trailer to the rear for unloading when assistance is required Driver requirements Valid Class A CDL HazMat endorsement required Tanker endorsement required Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience Minimum 6 months of HazMat experience within the past 3 years Able to run a five-day regional schedule Comfortable with occasional driver-assisted unloading
