System Oriented LLC is hiring dependable Cargo Van and Box Truck Delivery Drivers and Helpers for local delivery routes based in Beltsville, Maryland , serving the DMV area, including Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. These positions are primarily for the upcoming holiday peak season from November through January . Candidates who perform well may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position , depending on continued route availability. Prior delivery experience is preferred. We are looking for responsible, punctual, and reliable individuals who can work during the week and, when needed, on weekends. Routes travel throughout the DMV area, including: Washington, D.C. Schedule Monday through Friday Weekend routes/slots may be available Holiday peak season: November through January Opportunity for continued or permanent work based on performance and route availability Compensation Weekly pay Pay varies based on the assigned route Compensation is based on route earnings and volume Pay may vary depending on experience, route type, and workload Potential for continued work after peak season for strong-performing team members Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Drivers Safely operate a cargo van or box truck on assigned delivery routes Complete assigned deliveries safely and efficiently Follow delivery schedules, GPS directions, and route instructions Inspect and handle delivery items carefully Complete required delivery documentation accurately and on time Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the route Report delivery, vehicle, route, or safety issues promptly Maintain professional customer service during deliveries Delivery Helpers Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering items Handle products carefully to prevent damage Assist with organizing deliveries according to route and stop order Help ensure deliveries are completed safely and efficiently Communicate professionally with drivers, dispatch, customers, and operations Follow company safety and delivery procedures Required Qualifications Prior delivery, driving, moving, or logistics experience preferred Drivers must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from the Beltsville work location Dependable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment Comfortable using GPS and route navigation tools Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a delivery team Ability to meet delivery schedules and deadlines Availability during the November–January holiday peak season Pre-Employment Requirements Candidates must be able to: Pass a background check Pass a drug test If selected, candidates may also be required to provide acceptable employment verification documentation, such as: Valid work authorization documentation Signed Social Security card Recent W-2, if requested Job Types Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Seasonal Seasonal positions may lead to permanent employment for individuals who perform well, subject to continued route availability.
