Cannabis Distribution Specialist - Statewide Delivery

Rolling through Oregon, delivering the green! Good Day Distro is looking for a Distribution Specialist to help keep our cannabis products moving across Oregon! As part of the Groundworks family, Good Day Distro helps get great cannabis products where they need to go safely, accurately, and on time. From picking and preparing orders in the warehouse to delivering products across Oregon, our Distribution team keeps things moving. If you enjoy hitting the road, working independently, and being part of a hands-on team, this could be the perfect route for you. What You'll Do Deliver cannabis products to locations throughout Oregon, including overnight routes Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for distribution Safely load, transport, and unload products using company vehicles Verify orders, manifests, and product counts to ensure accurate deliveries Complete METRC transfers and maintain compliance with OLCC regulations Communicate delivery updates, delays, and discrepancies Assist with receiving, inventory management, and warehouse organization Support cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Work with the Distribution and Fulfillment teams to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to travel statewide, including regular overnight routes Comfortable driving for extended periods in varying road and weather conditions Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred METRC experience is a plus Must be 21+ Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit and Food Handler Card required prior to employment Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds ScheduleTravel This is a full-time position with significant travel throughout Oregon, including regular overnight deliveries. Schedules vary based on business needs and may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
