Bike Shop Sales Associate

Job Overview MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER MUST HAVE REAL SALES EXPERIENCE. Hi Everyone we are Sirrjohn Moto, a San Diego based company that offers all electric mobility products ranging from E-bikes, motorcycles all the way into golf carts. We need folks who have strong experience in sales, and are motivated to close deals all day. Commission plus hourly is offered. Duties Open & close the shop. Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable bikes, products accessories, and maintenance services if needed. Manage retail transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately and efficiently manage cash transactions. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures, maintenance tips, STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments where sales skill meets customer interaction.
