Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management and order fulfillment Source, purchase, and maintain optimal stock levels of OEM and aftermarket parts Coordinate with service technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts availability Build and maintain relationships with parts vendors, wholesalers, and suppliers Monitor department performance metrics, sales goals, and profitability targets Train, supervise, and support parts department staff Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and parts returns professionally Requirements: Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or Parts Specialist required Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket automotive parts and inventory systems Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive department profitability Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record About Us: Owen Motor Group Inc has proudly served the Marshall, IL community and surrounding areas with quality vehicles and exceptional automotive service.
