Step into a day at U.S. AutoForce Sun’s up and you’re on the move. You pull on your safety boots, snap in your harness, and hop on a forklift to bring order to a bustling warehouse filled with tires, under-car parts, and lubricants headed to independent retailers and dealerships. Your scanner chirps as you pick, place, and stage orders with precision. A team member signals for a two-person lift on a commercial tire—teamwork makes it smooth. Later, you navigate pick modules up to 25 feet high, then help inventory reconcile a count before circling back to load outbound routes. Every move is safe, efficient, and essential to keeping the aftermarket running. Schedules you can count on Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (or until work is complete) Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm (or until work is complete) Overtime may be required based on business needs; schedules can shift as volume changes. What you’ll do Load, unload, stock, and move tires and auto parts using forklifts and order-picking equipment in a fast-paced environment. Use handheld scanners to locate, put away, and verify product; support cycle counts and inventory control. Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly; occasionally lift to 80 lbs. Use team lifts or mechanical aids for commercial tires. Exert up to 40 lbs of pushing force when handling barrels or industrial/agriculture tires. Operate safely at heights up to 25 ft on racking and equipment. Stay active on your feet for extended periods; pitch in with eCommerce, inventory, or will-call as needed. Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures; champion our safety-first culture. Take on related tasks as directed—this role evolves with the needs of the business.
