OvervieW We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Warehouse Auditor with excellent inventory control, reporting, and computer systems skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and preparing detailed operational reports. ### Key Responsibilities - Conduct routine warehouse inventory and operational audits. - Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against system records. - Investigate inventory shortages, overages, and discrepancies. - Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse documentation. - Prepare detailed audit reports and operational summaries. - Monitor stock movements and warehouse transactions. - Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. - Work closely with warehouse supervisors and management. - Identify opportunities to improve warehouse accuracy and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation requirements. ### Qualifications - Previous experience in warehouse auditing, inventory control, or warehouse administration. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. - Strong written and verbal English communication. - Food manufacturing or distribution experience is an asset. ### Compensation Approximately *$24.00 per hour*, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. ### APPLY TODAY – RESUMES NEEDED ASAP *Apply Online:* https://staff.digistaff.ca Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: On-site parking Work Location: In person
