Assistant Store Manager

Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store traffic and sales performance. <Requirements> Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, merchandising, and retail math. Excellent communication skills in Korean and English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
