Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher with domestic intermodal experience to support our expanding fleet and operations in the Kansas City area. Responsibilities: Plan and dispatch drivers for domestic intermodal loads Communicate with customers regarding orders and updates Monitor rail activity and coordinate freight from major U.S. rail terminals Ensure compliance with intermodal transportation policies and procedures Maintain operational efficiency across daily dispatch functions Be a local resource to distribute supplies to drivers. Perform physical yard checks as necessary. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in domestic intermodal dispatch Strong understanding of 53’ rail equipment and U.S. rail terminals Familiarity with intermodal transportation rules and industry standards Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills Benefits: Competitive salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience) Health insurance Bonus opportunities Career growth potential as the company expands Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm.
