Yard supervisor — dog daycare

Join the LuvInn Pups Country Club Team! LuvInn Pups Country Club is looking for a dependable, hardworking dog lover to join our team full-time. We are an all-day-play dog daycare and boarding facility where dogs spend their days playing, socializing, and having fun in a safe, supervised environment. What You'll Do Supervise and interact with groups of dogs in a safe, fun environment Monitor dog behavior and help maintain a positive play atmosphere Clean and sanitize play areas, suites, and common areas throughout the day Assist with feeding, watering, and general care of our guests Work as part of a team to provide exceptional care and customer service Requirements Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Applicants seeking a Monday–Friday schedule or limited availability will not be considered. Must be available to work shifts as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 8:00 PM. Comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift Able to lift, bend, walk, and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation Must enjoy cleaning, keeping our facility spotless is a major part of the job Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for dogs and animal welfare Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in dog daycare, boarding, kennels, animal shelters, veterinary clinics, or pet care Veterinary technician experience is a plus A Few Things to Know This is a high-energy, physical position. While you'll spend your day working with dogs, this is not a job where you simply sit and play with puppies. Cleaning, supervising dog groups, maintaining the facility, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests are essential parts of the position. Our facility operates 365 days per year. Team members are expected to share responsibility for weekends and holidays, just as they do weekdays. Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role. The right candidate is dependable, works well with others, takes pride in their work, and understands that caring for dogs requires both compassion and responsibility.
