Delivery Driver / Cargo Van Owner Operator - Nationwide
Confidential1 of 1 The Brand Enterprise LLC is recruiting Recruiter Drivers and cargo/Sprinter van owner-operators for local delivery contracts in multiple markets nationwide. Opportunities include permanent, seasonal, holiday-event, and recovery/backup coverage. Routes are performed in person in the assigned market; this is not remote work. Placement depends on market availability, vehicle eligibility, onboarding and approval. OPPORTUNITIES AND COMPENSATION Owner-operators provide an approved vehicle and pay their own fuel, commercial insurance, maintenance, rental/financing and other operating expenses. Amounts below are gross contract revenue before expenses, per successfully completed assigned route day unless stated otherwise. Seasonal retail delivery: $225-$250/day; Net 14 for the first check, then weekly. Main season November 12, 2026-January 2, 2027. Some markets start earlier. Holiday-event delivery: $225-$250/day; Net 14 for the first check, then weekly. Main event November 23-December 4, 2026; some markets start earlier. Actual delivery dates are market-specific. Permanent retail delivery: $225-$265/day; Net 21 for the first check, then weekly. Start ASAP after approval. Morgantown, WV is a priority permanent market and an exception: Net 14 for the first check, then weekly. Permanent club delivery: $225-$250/day; Net 21 for the first check, then weekly. Planned start December 5, 2026. Seasonal parcel delivery: $250-$300/day; Net 14 for the first check, then weekly. Planned start November 12, 2026. Pharmacy delivery: $1 per billable mile for owner-operators. Billable mileage, schedule details and payment terms are disclosed before acceptance; daily pay is not guaranteed. Driver-only retail or club opportunities: $100-$150/day where specifically available. Vehicle arrangements, expenses and payment terms are confirmed for the assignment before acceptance. These are separate from the owner-operator rates above; a company vehicle is not promised for every market. Pay varies by market, assignment and route tier. Smaller seasonal or event assignments may pay less than the full-route amounts shown. Net 14 and Net 21 apply to the first check; subsequent payments are weekly. Exact payout timing and contract terms are provided before acceptance. REQUIRED COVERAGE All contracts require seven-day coverage, Monday-Sunday, except seasonal parcel contracts, which require six-day coverage, Monday-Saturday, with Sundays off. Confirm dispatch time, daily workload, backup-driver arrangements and assigned delivery days before accepting. Holiday-event contracts operate on their assigned event delivery dates within the program window. MARKETS Priority seasonal/event markets include Woodstock, Winder and Tifton, GA; Natchez and Brookhaven, MS; Taylors, SC; and Dothan, AL. Permanent club markets include McDonough, Duluth, Oakwood, Sharpsburg and Brunswick, GA; Meridian and Tupelo, MS; and Dothan, AL. Seasonal parcel markets include Athens, GA; Evansville, IN; Lexington, KY; Lebanon and Miamisburg, OH; Greensburg, PA; Knoxville and Kodak, TN; and Parkersburg, WV. Pharmacy terminal markets include Grand Rapids, MI; Indianapolis, IN; and Louisville, KY. Apply with your city/state and preferred market. RESPONSIBILITIES Safely pick up, organize, load and deliver assigned packages. Use navigation and delivery apps, document proof of delivery, communicate delays and delivery exceptions promptly, and provide professional customer service. REQUIREMENTS Valid driver's license; reliable smartphone and data; ability to safely perform assigned loading and delivery duties; required onboarding and background screening.
