Yard Manager/Mechanic

We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Supervisor with strong experience in diesel equipment operations, repairs, and maintenance . This role is hands-on and requires someone who can manage people, processes, and equipment to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: Oversee daily work and direct yard employees Ensure all equipment maintenance, inspections, and safety regulations are followed Track and schedule preventative maintenance and repairs Order and manage parts and supplies as needed Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Monitor workflow and ensure efficient, safe operations across the yard Qualifications: Proven experience with heavy diesel equipment operations and troubleshooting Welding/Maintenance schooling or experience Supervisory experience managing crews and daily yard operations Knowledge of safety standards and preventative maintenance procedures Organizational skills for tracking parts, repairs, and workflow processes Bilingual preferred Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Fort Myers, FL 33912 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Fort Myers, FL 33912: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
