Warehouse Worker

Rhodes Bake-N-Serv is seeking a dedicated and reliable full-time Warehouse Worker to join our team on 2nd shift. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play an important role in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of products and materials. This position involves operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, assembling and verifying outbound orders, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should be comfortable working in a cold environment and will be required to complete training on 1st shift. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to receive, store, and distribute products, materials, and equipment within the facility Assemble and verify outbound orders to ensure accuracy Maintain accurate records for all orders and inventory movements Ensure proper product rotation and organization within the warehouse Follow all safety procedures and guidelines for equipment operation and warehouse activities Work efficiently in a cold environment as required by the role Complete required training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift Qualifications Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (training may be provided) Comfortable working in a cold environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order assembly and record keeping Ability to follow safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team Willingness to train on 1st shift prior to starting 2nd shift Benefits Group Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Teledoc benefits Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time Wellness Program Employee Assistance Program Onsite gym Offered compensation: $26.87/hr - $29.51/hr Experience and License Requirements Driving forklift Food Processing Manufacturing or Production Working in a warehouse
