Key Responsibilities Yard Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain clean, safe, and organized yard facilities, including power-washing cans, mowing, trash pick-up, and general upkeep. Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory for cans, parts, and yard equipment. Equipment & Forklift Operation: Stage broken or damaged cans using a forklift and operate site vehicles/equipment (pickup trucks, sweepers, trimming equipment) as needed. Vehicle & Equipment Upkeep: Clean vehicle tracks, fuel trucks/equipment, and report basic maintenance needs. General Site Support: Assist with basic office repairs/janitorial tasks, direct traffic on-site, and follow all safety protocols to protect yourself and your teammates. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Previous yard work, warehouse, or manual labor experience preferred (forklift experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate). Physical Ability: Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand/walk for extended periods, and regularly lift/move up to 65 lbs (or push up to 100 lbs with assistance). Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and safety-focused with a valid driver's license preferred. #GFLTalent We thank you for your interest.
