Workday Procurement Analyst

Job Role :- Workday Procurement Analyst Location: Plano, TX 75093 (Onsite role) Duration: 6- Month to 1-Year Contract Position Summary: The Workday Procurement Analyst will support the successful implementation and deployment of Workday Strategic Sourcing across the organization, in addition to analyzing existing Procurement flows for recommendations and implementation of enhancements. This role will work closely with Procurement, and project stakeholders to assist with project coordination, data preparation, process documentation, testing, change management, and user adoption activities. Key Responsibilities: Support project planning, meetings, deliverables, and action item tracking. Document current and future-state sourcing processes. Assist with supplier, contract, and sourcing data preparation and validation. Support system testing, defect tracking, and UAT execution. Develop training materials, job aids, and communications. Support reporting, adoption metrics, and go-live readiness activities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Two or more years leading Workday Strategic Sourcing or Workday Procurement, finance, or ERP projects. ERP implementation experience. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project execution skills. Proficiency in Workday, Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 applications. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of procurement lifecycle and supplier management. Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within a Workday environment.
