Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable wireless products and services. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, plans, and accessories effectively. Assist customers with technical questions, troubleshooting, and device setup procedures. Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments via POS systems. Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance. Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight current promotions and new products. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with product replenishment. Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and contribute to a welcoming store environment. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related customer service roles is preferred. Technical sales experience with mobile devices, accessories, or telecommunications products is highly desirable. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases. Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or totals. Familiarity with merchandising principles, POS systems, and cashiering procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts. Demonstrated ability to deliver product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features. Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor and phone etiquette. Organizational skills necessary for maintaining store presentation standards and stock levels.
