Winch Truck Driver

M&A Energy Services is actively hiring experienced Winch Truck Drivers to support our well plugging and abandonment operations in the West Virginia oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate winch trucks and related heavy equipment on well plugging sites Support well plugging crews with rigging, material handling, and equipment recovery Transport and position equipment at active well sites Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company procedures Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Requirements: Valid Class A with clean driving record Minimum 2 years experience operating winch trucks in oilfield or heavy industrial environments Oil & gas industry experience strongly preferred (well plugging, workover, or site reclamation a plus) Current DOT medical card Ability to pass background check and drug screening Reliable transportation and strong commitment to safety Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
