Will Call/ Delivery Helper

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Will Call/Delivery Helper to join our dynamic team. Duties Assist with loading and unloading materials using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts Support delivery drivers in preparing routes, ensuring all items are properly secured for transit Help with the safe movement of goods within the warehouse, adhering to safe lifting practices and weight handling guidelines Load products into box trucks or vans, ensuring proper placement for safe transport Deliver products directly to customers’ locations using personal or company vehicles, following all traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Assist with route driving, navigation, and timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory, managing stock levels, and maintaining a clean work environment Experience Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is highly desirable Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or carts Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or vans is a plus Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and safe driving practices in compliance with DOT regulations Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform manual handling tasks consistently Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally during deliveries Familiarity with mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication Join our team to be part of an energetic environment where your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction!
