Wholesale General Manager

Weston Nurseries is seeking an accomplished, hands-on Wholesale General Manager to lead and grow our wholesale business across our Hopkinton and Middleboro locations. This high-impact role is responsible for Wholesale Sales, Yard Operations, Buying, Inventory Management, Customer Experience, and Financial Performance. The General Manager will shape business strategy, strengthen collaboration, develop department leaders, and enhance how we serve our customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial judgment with practical operational leadership. They will understand how sales, purchasing, inventory, yard execution, and customer service must work together to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and lasting customer relationships.
