Weekend Warehouse Operations Associate - Part Time Zephyrhills, FL Pay: $25 per hour Work location: On-site Required Schedule Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–12pm Sunday: 8:30 a.m.–12pm Total: 7.5 regularly scheduled hours per week. Additional hours are available for employees who would like extra hours. These are optional and arranged with the owners in addition to the required weekend schedule. About the Position looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to pick and pack customer orders on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Work is primarily performed sitting down in a fully air-conditioned warehouse. We ship small packages, with our heaviest outgoing packages weighing approximately 4–5 pounds. Your focus will be accurately selecting products, checking quantities, and packing orders for shipment. You should be comfortable following established procedures and working independently. What You’ll Do Review customer orders and pick the correct products and quantities. Double-check items against order details before packing. Pack products carefully using the appropriate packaging materials. Print and apply shipping labels to the correct packages. Organize completed packages for shipment. Keep your packing station clean and organized. Notify the owners of missing products, order discrepancies, or other fulfillment issues. What We’re Looking For Consistent availability for both Saturday and Sunday morning shifts . Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks without constant supervision. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our order fulfillment process. Comfort with primarily seated work and occasional movement around the warehouse. Previous picking, packing, shipping, or order fulfillment experience is helpful.
