Wearhouse Manager - Women's Clothing Co.

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the operations of a dynamic women’s clothing distribution center. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, distribution operations, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of shipping women's clothing. Process improvement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective warehouse performance. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products to customers while maintaining optimal operational standards. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive team environment. Implement process improvements utilizing lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency. Utilize warehouse management systems to monitor inventory levels, optimize stock accuracy, and streamline workflows. Develop and manage budgets related to warehouse operations, including procurement, purchasing, and materials management. Coordinate demand planning and production scheduling to meet customer requirements while minimizing excess inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure warehouse environment. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management preferably in women's apparel or retail industry. Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, distribution management, and inventory control practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and distribution operations.
