Waysides Operations Manager Location: Stanley, VA 22851 Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Waysides Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our wayside facilities in Stanley, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant operations while leading a team to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all aspects of wayside operations, including maintenance, safety, and customer service. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety. Coordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to wayside operations. Lead, train, and evaluate staff to maintain high performance and morale. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and inventory management for wayside facilities. Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management. Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies to minimize downtime. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in transportation, logistics, or related industries. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
