Strategic Partner Solutions (SPS) is recruiting for two separate positions supporting disaster-response logistics at staging yards and cross-dock locations: Warehouse Working Lead: Up to $36/hour, depending on assignment and location. Onsite Workforce Coordinator: Pay depends on assignment requirements and will be confirmed before acceptance. Applicants may apply for either position or request consideration for both. WORKING LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES Work alongside forklift operators and dock/warehouse personnel. Assign tasks and communicate site instructions to the crew. Monitor work progress, reinforce safe practices, and report concerns. Help track attendance and communicate staffing needs to the SPS coordinator. Coordinate with site management within the assigned scope of responsibility. Qualified leads may provide forklift refresher training, site-specific instruction, practical operator evaluations, and related documentation. FORKLIFT TRAINER / EVALUATOR QUALIFICATIONS Working Lead candidates should have substantial forklift operating experience. Prior experience training or evaluating forklift operators is preferred. Experienced operators willing to complete an SPS-approved train-the-trainer course will also be considered. Trainer/evaluator duties will be assigned after SPS verifies qualifications and confirms equipment and site requirements. ONSITE WORKFORCE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the onsite contact for SPS employees. Communicate with SPS management and designated client personnel. Coordinate employee check-in, shift rosters, attendance, and staffing updates. Collect and review timesheets for accuracy and timely submission. Address employee questions and escalate payroll, conduct, safety, or other concerns. Coordinate replacement requests and communicate onboarding status. Maintain organized workforce records and support shift handoffs. This position coordinates the SPS workforce. Site logistics operations remain under designated site management. PAY & SCHEDULE Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the assigned hourly rate after 40 hours in a workweek. Planned 12-hour day and night shifts. Each employee will be assigned to one shift. Work may be scheduled up to 7 days a week. Longer assignments may transition to 8-hour shifts. Must be available for nights, weekends, extended hours, and assignments lasting several weeks. Final pay, schedule, duties, and expected assignment duration will be confirmed before acceptance. REQUIREMENTS Relevant warehouse, dock, logistics, crew leadership, staffing coordination, or workforce administration experience. Clear communication, dependable follow-through, and strong attention to detail. Ability to remain organized and respond to changing staffing needs. Basic computer skills. Coordinator applicants must be comfortable with spreadsheets, email, and timekeeping records. Ready to travel nationwide and mobilize on short notice. Reliable transportation and dependable phone communication. Ability to work in an active staging-yard environment and changing weather conditions. Complete required background screening, drug testing, and onboarding. Veterans and transitioning service members are encouraged to apply.
