WAREHOUSE WORKER (with forklift experience)

We are seeking a hard-working, reliable and punctual worker to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in our shipping and receiving department, managing incoming and outgoing orders. You will be expected to stock and pick orders with speed and accuracy and have a team-player mentality, while being committed to maintaining a safe and positive work environment. You will be responsible for loading and unloading outgoing and incoming delivery vehicles. Cutting rebar and other materials to size and bundling. Will also be responsible to answer phones and write up orders. Responsible for other general warehouse duties. You will be required to clean and maintain the warehouse. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reliably pull and process orders Accurately restock incoming items Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors Use equipment properly and maintain it as needed Operate a forklift and pallet jack as needed Keep neat and orderly records of all incoming and outgoing orders Keep the warehouse clean and organized Report any order discrepancies or issues to management ASAP Select products from the warehouse, load and secure goods to pallets, move inventory to delivery area and load merchandise SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Forklift experience preferred 3 years of warehouse experience preferred Solid work history that demonstrates reliability Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
