Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products efficiently. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately. Prepare orders by picking, packing, and labeling products according to shipping requirements. Maintain accurate data entry records for shipments, stock movements, and order processing using ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms. Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve order fulfillment processes, and uphold customer service excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles with familiarity in inventory management software and ERP systems. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely. Strong basic math skills for counting stock, measuring dimensions, and verifying quantities. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping. Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment processes. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment and provide exceptional customer service when needed.
