Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Palletizer to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center in the City of Industry The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining quality control throughout the packing process. Duties - Accurately palletize products according to order specifications. - Conduct quality control checks to verify that products meet company standards before palletizing. - Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. - Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or damages in packaging. - Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling materials. Requirements - Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. - Experience in palletizing and labeling. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. - Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods of time. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. - A commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.
