Job Position: Warehouse Worker Location: Ladson, SC 29456 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Shift: 1st shift Description: Receiving Auditor Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and highly motivated Receiving Auditor to support warehouse receiving and inventory operations. The Receiving Auditor is responsible for verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, bills of lading, and packing slips to ensure accuracy, product quality, and compliance with company standards before merchandise enters the warehouse inventory system. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to identify and resolve shipment discrepancies while maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Verify Inbound Shipments: Compare physical deliveries, case counts, pallet quantities, and product information against purchase orders, bills of lading, and packing slips. Inspect Product Quality: Examine incoming merchandise for defects, damage, shortages, and other discrepancies. Maintain Accurate Documentation: Complete receiving paperwork, audit reports, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Resolve Discrepancies: Assist warehouse operators with receiving discrepancies, inventory issues, and warehouse management system (WMS) concerns. Support Inventory Control: Assist with inventory accuracy, receiving audits, and other inventory control processes. Maintain Audit Reports: Update spreadsheets used to track receiving accuracy, shipment discrepancies, and audit results. Operate Warehouse Systems: Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to scan freight, verify inventory, and process inbound orders. Prepare Inbound Pallets: Wrap pallets, apply identification labels, and create license plate numbers (LPNs) for inbound pallets using RF scanning equipment. Support Warehouse Operations: Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain efficient warehouse operations and support the team. #FC1
