Warehouse Technician

We're looking for a motivated Warehouse / Shipping Technician who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to be part of a team that delivers quality every day. What You'll Do This is not your typical warehouse position. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our pumps, systems, and components are assembled, inspected, organized, and shipped accurately to customers throughout the region. Your day may include: Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments of pumps, parts, and equipment. Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Assisting with pump assembly and staging equipment for delivery. Performing final quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before leaving the warehouse. Managing inventory, conducting cycle counts, and helping maintain inventory accuracy. Labeling, organizing, and stocking materials in designated locations. Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Assisting with basic maintenance of company vehicles and small generators. Working closely with the operations team to ensure projects stay on schedule. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. What We're Looking For We're interested in dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Experience is valuable, but attitude, reliability, and attention to detail are equally important. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or mechanical assembly experience. Basic computer and math skills. Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment. Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with pumps, motors, or industrial equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
