NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME WAREHOUSE WORKER Prince George, VA East Coast Lumpers is currently hiring an experienced and dependable Full-Time Warehouse Worker in Prince George, Virginia. Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools in compliance with safety standards Maintain organized stockrooms by stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and conducting regular stock counts Ensure shipping logistics are executed efficiently by preparing shipping & receiving documents and coordinating with carriers Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations when applicable Support inventory management efforts by conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating inventory records accurately Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus Knowledge of inventory management techniques and software such as AS400 or similar ERP systems Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively (certification preferred) Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking & packing tasks Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and external partners Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Embark on a rewarding career where your contributions directly impact the success of our supply chain!
