About the Role: As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Your efforts will directly impact the accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting inventory management processes. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet daily operational goals. Ultimately, your work will help streamline warehouse operations and support the broader supply chain function of the organization. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly. Basic reading and math skills to understand work instructions and count inventory. Prior experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor environment is preferred but not required. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Forklift operator certification. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed. Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment. Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Organize and store products in designated locations within the warehouse. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse environment. Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to management. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets. Skills: The required skills such as physical stamina and basic math are essential for handling daily warehouse tasks like lifting, sorting, and inventory counting. Attention to detail ensures accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management, reducing errors and improving customer satisfaction. Communication and teamwork skills are used daily to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
