Customers can get design consultation, product selection, and professional installation in one place. That includes carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, and specialty surfaces. Job Summary KWF is hiring a Warehouse Worker for our Miamisburg location. You'll handle receiving, inventory, order picking, cutting, and shipping, and help keep the warehouse safe and organized. We're looking for someone who is reliable and detail-oriented, organized and who takes initiative. In this role you'll build hands-on skills in flooring distribution and warehouse logistics. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and document incoming flooring shipments using an iPad and RFMS. Pick, cut, pack, and label orders accurately for customer pickup and delivery. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and the cut machine to load, unload, and process material. Keep inventory records accurate in RFMS. Stock product in its designated warehouse location, following safety standards. Work with the shipping and receiving team to get deliveries out on time. Help with cycle counts, physical inventory, and stock replenishment. Check orders for accuracy and prepare paperwork before dispatch. Follow trade compliance guidelines on imported product when they apply. Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area. What We're Looking For Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred. Flooring industry experience is a plus. Experience with RFMS or a similar warehouse management system. Able to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and a carpet/vinyl cut machine. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments. Accurate data entry. Knowledge of order picking, packing, and loading/unloading procedures. Good communication skills for working with teammates and customers. Able to pass a drug screen and DOT physical. Able to lift heavy rolls, cartons, and materials regularly. Able to drive a Sprinter Van or Box truck when needed.
