Responsibilities Help unload incoming deliveries and move products to designated warehouse areas. Unpack shipments and arrange items according to provided instructions. Sort goods, materials, and packages into the appropriate storage or work areas. Assist with moving products between receiving, storage, packing, and shipping areas. Prepare items for shipment by gathering products and checking basic order information. Place products on shelves or in designated storage locations to keep the warehouse organized. Help count items and report differences or missing products to a supervisor. Inspect packages for obvious damage and communicate any concerns. Assist with loading outgoing shipments when assigned and when safe to do so. Keep floors, aisles, storage areas, and workstations clean and free from unnecessary clutter. Collect and organize empty boxes, packaging materials, and other supplies. Follow instructions for handling products carefully and preventing damage. Use approved tools and equipment only after receiving the appropriate training and authorization. Follow workplace safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to a supervisor. Work with coworkers to complete daily assignments and support warehouse goals. Ask for clarification when instructions are unclear or a task requires additional assistance. Learn new responsibilities as needed and accept feedback from supervisors. Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications No previous warehouse or manual labor experience required. Willingness to learn new tasks through training and practice. Reliable attendance and punctuality. A responsible attitude and commitment to completing assigned work. Ability to follow basic instructions and workplace procedures.
