Entry-Level Warehouse Worker / General Labor Company: HBA Deals, LLC Location: East Brunswick, NJ Schedule: M-F 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Pay: $16-$18 per hour Dependent on Experience About the Position We are hiring a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Worker to help with daily warehouse operations. This is an entry-level position involving physical work, including moving merchandise, unpacking shipments, picking orders, and packing products. No previous warehouse experience is required. Training will be provided. Computer work is minimal , with occasional use of a handheld scanner or simple order system. Responsibilities Load and unload boxes and merchandise. Unpack shipments, count products, and check for visible damage. Sort, label, and place merchandise in the correct storage locations. Pick products accurately for customer orders. Pack orders securely, seal boxes, and attach shipping labels. Move inventory using carts, hand trucks, or pallet jacks after training. Help count inventory and report missing or damaged products. Break down empty boxes, remove packing materials, and keep work areas clean. Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors. Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed. Skills and Requirements Dependable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to perform physical work throughout the shift. Ability to follow instructions and learn basic warehouse procedures. Attention to detail when counting, picking, and packing products. Basic counting skills and ability to match product names, labels, and item numbers. Ability to work cooperatively with others and stay focused on assigned tasks. Careful handling of merchandise, especially fragile products. Willingness to follow safety rules and ask questions when unsure. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry merchandise throughout the shift. Ability to safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 30lbs-40lbs with assistance or equipment when appropriate. Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Experience Previous warehouse, packing, stocking, manufacturing, or general labor experience is helpful but not required . Advanced computer skills are not required.
