Every order we ship is high-value, insured, and personal, and how it arrives matters as much as what’s inside. The Role We’re hiring a detail-obsessed Fulfillment Specialist to own our online orders from “order placed” to “signed for.” You’ll make sure every watch and piece of jewelry leaves our store accurately, securely, and beautifully presented. You’ll also help us build a documented, checklist-driven fulfillment process as we grow. Responsibilities Pick, verify, pack, and ship online orders daily in Shopify and Pavillion (Salesforce), matching each item to its tag and packing slip Prepare insured, signature-required shipments through JM Shipping Solution (Zing) to strict security and packaging standards Monitor shipments every day and resolve delivery exceptions, missed attempts, and carrier hold requests Customer service and communication skills Update clients on delivery status, holds, and reshipments by email, phone, and webchat, always with luxury-level service Coordinate vendor dropship orders through to delivery Process returns and exchanges: inspect, log, restock, and keep Shopify and Pavillion (Salesforce) in sync Help reconcile online sales and keep our fulfillment tracking board current Keep track BOPIS orders Manage shipping supplies, packaging, gift presentation, and corporate gifting orders Write and improve fulfillment SOPs, quality checks, and peak-season workflows File and follow up on shipping insurance claims Qualifications 1–2+ years in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or retail operations (luxury or high-value goods preferred) Exceptional accuracy. You double-check serial numbers without being asked. Comfortable with Shopify or similar platforms, shipping software, and inventory systems Clear, gracious written and verbal communication Stays organized and calm during busy seasons, especially November and December Discretion and integrity with high-value merchandise and client information Able to pass a background check Preferred Experience with insured or high-value shipping platforms (JM Shipping Solution/Zing a plus) Experience with Salesforce or another ERP/POS system Knowledge of luxury watches or fine jewelry Benefits Health Insurance PTO Employee Discount Schedule Monday–Friday, with weekend availability during the holiday season Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
