Warehouse Worker

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, inventory management, and hands-on material handling. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Handle and transport equipment and materials throughout the facility. Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance needs. Enter and manage inventory, purchase orders, and pricing updates in company systems. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and locate items. Assist with day-to-day office tasks including answering phones, filing, and purchasing support. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment. Proficiency in order picking, inventory handling, and material movement. Polished computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) FedEx, UPS and LTL. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to operate various equipment such as reach trucks and cherry pickers (preferred) Basic math skills for inventory tracking and counting. Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. Strong awareness of safety procedures and protocols. Ability to lift up to 50lbs with no assistance.
