Warehouse Worker

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing shipping and receiving processes, and supporting overall warehouse distribution activities. Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker, RF scanner, and pallet jack tools Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP systems Conduct stock stocking, packaging, and order fulfillment activities to ensure timely delivery Manage shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, verifying trade compliance, and coordinating international trade regulations when necessary Support warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, conducting cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems Provide excellent customer service by accurately processing orders and responding to internal requests promptly Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP is highly desirable Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently; forklift certification is a plus Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and trade compliance regulations Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
