About Us Play Interactive is an experiential marketing and events agency working across gaming, fandom, and pop culture. Our Play!TCG division runs organized play for popular trading card games including One Piece, Gundam, Digimon, Dragon Ball Super, and Union Arena. About the Role Our small warehouse keeps events and client programs running on schedule. You’ll prep, pack, and ship product and event kits, keep inventory accurate, and help the team hit deadlines that don’t move. It’s a fast paced, hands on role where priorities can shift day to day, and teamwork matters. Responsibilities Prep, pick, pack, and ship orders and event kits Receive incoming shipments and verify them against paperwork Count inventory and check out items allocated to events Label stock correctly and return items to designated locations Keep storage areas clean and organized Help with unexpected shipments and shifting event priorities About once a month, travel to a partner office in Richardson, TX to help package store kits on deadline What We’re Looking For Attention to detail: You keep inventory counts accurate Shipping and receiving experience: Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred Dependability and punctuality: You arrive on time, follow through, communicate delays early, and can be counted on during busy shipping periods Organization and inventory discipline: You put items back where they belong, label stock correctly, keep storage areas clean, and understand why event allocations must be checked out Teamwork and communication: You help teammates, ask questions when something is unclear, and raise inventory issues instead of making assumptions Adaptability and problem solving: You can switch between picking orders, counting inventory, building event kits, and handling surprise shipments without losing track of your work Accountability and honesty: You report damaged goods, missing product, incorrect counts, and shipping mistakes right away Requirements Must live locally and have reliable transportation Available 32 to 40 hours per week Able to travel to Richardson, TX about once a month Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift boxes (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods Nice to Have Familiarity with trading card games, tournaments, anime, or conventions Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
