FMD DistributionCDL Class A Truck Driver — FMD Distribution LLC Location: New Jersey Position: Full-Time FMD Distribution LLC is hiring a dependable CDL Class A Driver to join our team. Family-owned and operating since 2001, FMD specializes in transportation, warehousing, and white-glove delivery of office equipment and commercial freight. We’re looking for a professional who takes pride in safe driving, careful handling, and great customer service. This is a hands-on delivery position that includes loading, unloading, and moving equipment. Responsibilities Operate tractor-trailers and other company vehicles safely. Pick up and deliver office equipment and commercial freight. Handle loading, unloading, securing, and positioning equipment. Complete vehicle inspections and promptly report damage or maintenance concerns. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, ELD's via Samsara, and driver tablet for live statuses. Communicate with dispatch, customers, and delivery team members. Follow DOT requirements and company safety procedures. Represent FMD professionally at every customer location. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card. Tractor-trailer driving experience and a safe driving record. Ability to perform physical delivery work and safely handle equipment using proper tools and team assistance. Reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Comfortable navigating the Northeast and Mid Atlantic. Experience with liftgates, pallet jacks, equipment securement, and Samsara is a plus. White-glove delivery or office equipment experience is preferred; training is available for the right candidate.
