Responsibilities Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels and ensure accuracy. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and moving goods. Prepare orders by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately for shipment, adhering to shipping & receiving protocols. Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, managing stock rotation, and ensuring proper packaging standards. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Conduct data entry tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory updates, and warehouse operations using ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency while maintaining safety standards. Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes. Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is preferred. Strong basic math skills for order picking, stock counting, and shipping calculations. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping and order processing. Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment. Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance is a plus but not required.
