Site Manager – Jacksonville, FL Position: Full-Time Location: Jacksonville, FL Join the Freight Breakers Team Freight Breakers is looking for a Site Manager to lead our operation in Jacksonville, FL. The Site Manager is responsible for making sure our operation consistently meets Freight Breakers standards and our customer’s expectations for productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and overall performance. What You’ll Do Lead the day-to-day operation and manage a team of 15–25 associates . Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable. Ensure all work meets Freight Breakers and customer standards . Monitor productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and payroll. Coach and develop supervisors, leads, and associates. Maintain strong communication with the customer and Freight Breakers leadership. Address performance issues quickly and professionally. Ensure all company and customer policies are followed. Conduct and track safety audits. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and overall operations. Maintain a professional, organized, and safe work environment. What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to hold people accountable while building a strong team. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Able to work with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word . Previous warehouse management experience preferred. Experience managing multiple shifts is a plus. Multi-site management experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Our Expectations At Freight Breakers, the standard is the standard.
