Warehouse Worker

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing fragrances for shipment, applying shipping labels, organizing inventory, receiving new merchandise, and helping maintain an efficient warehouse operation. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. Attention to detail is essential to ensure every customer receives the correct order in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities Pack perfumes and fragrances safely and securely for shipment. Apply the correct shipping label to every package. Verify that each item matches its corresponding shipping label and packing slip before sealing the package. Ensure the quantity of items packed matches the customer's order. Secure merchandise properly to prevent damage during shipping. Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory. Assist with inventory counts and stock management. Move merchandise throughout the warehouse as needed. Monitor inventory levels and notify management when products are low in stock or out of stock. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company procedures to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Required Qualifications Ability to pack, receive, organize, and track inventory accurately. Ability to oversee merchandise and maintain organized inventory. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday (a one-hour break is provided each shift). Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Good eyesight and attention to detail, as this position involves high-volume packing and order verification. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Performance Expectations Success in this role is measured by: Completing assigned shifts consistently and on time. Packing as many orders as possible during each shift while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Minimizing packing errors and ensuring every customer receives the correct items. Keeping inventory organized and accurately reporting products that are low in stock or out of stock. Maintaining a positive attitude and following company procedures at all times. Work Schedule Work schedules are flexible and will be discussed during the interview process. Shifts may vary depending on business needs.
