Position Summary The Warehouse Associate/Forklift is responsible for safely operating industrial trucks to move, load, and unload materials within our warehouses and/or, production facility. This role requires precision, adherence to safety protocols, and coordination with teams to ensure efficient material handling and inventory management. This role also is responsible for inputting and reviewing data in our warehouse systems. Key Responsibilities · Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials · Safely stack and unstack large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets · Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport · Unloading deliveries and safely relocating goods to their designated storage areas · Ensure that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions · Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage Perform daily equipment checks and minor maintenance Follow safety protocols and workplace regulations Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Key Relationships · Reports To: Warehouse Manager · Direct Reports: None Experience 2-5 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting Experience with Microsoft Office Experience with Sage is preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Commitment to workplace safety Forklift experience Valid drivers license and clean driving record Education/Certification · Valid forklift certification commensurate with Armanino equipment Compensation The pay range for this role takes into account the wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range $23.00 - $25.00/hour.
