Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, production support, order picking, packing, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders Unload trucks and organize incoming inventory Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments accurately Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries Order Picking & Packing Accurately pick products based on customer orders Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit Verify order accuracy before shipment Maintain picking accuracy and productivity standards Production Support Assist with assembly, kitting, or light production tasks as needed Stage materials for production Maintain clean and organized production areas Inventory & Warehouse Maintenance Perform inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment Organize warehouse space for efficiency and safety Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required Basic computer skills required or willingness and ability to learn warehouse management and shipping software systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic math skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain) Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting May require overtime during peak periods Physical role requiring lifting, bending, and standing Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account On-the-job training Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
