We make and ship promotional products, licensed collegiate apparel, and medical kits. The warehouse is the center of all of it — if it ships, it goes through this floor. We're hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and ship our orders and keep our inventory accurate — someone who can keep up and wants to stay. What you'll do Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time Receive incoming freight, verify counts against purchase orders, and put stock away Pull and stage product for production and decoration Keep the floor organized, swept, and safe Count inventory and help find and fix discrepancies Load and unload trucks What the job actually requires We want to be straight with you about the physical side, because it's the part people underestimate: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Stand and walk on concrete for a full 8-hour shift Bend, squat, reach overhead, and climb ladders to pull stock Work in a warehouse that is not fully climate-controlled — it gets hot in the summer Read order numbers, SKUs, and counts accurately and carefully What we're looking for Conversational in both English and Spanish — you'll work with teammates and paperwork in both Shows up on time, every scheduled day. This matters more to us than experience. Careful with counts. A miscount here becomes a customer problem downstream.
