Join us and get the stability of an established company with the personal feel of a family business What You'll Do Load products onto route trucks for daily delivery, making sure every load is secure and strapped down safely. Build pallets of product and stage them for the dock ahead of loading. Pick a variety of warehouse items for orders using our “Pick by Light” computer system. Work independently and keep pace in a fast-moving warehouse. Step into other warehouse positions as needed. Keep trucks, the dock, and your work area clean. What We're Looking For Reliable transportation. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED preferred. Able to lift heavy loads consistently throughout the shift, including up to 40 lbs. frequently. Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, and lifting. Organized and detail-oriented, with good time-management skills. A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. Benefits Starting Pay: $15.00; step raises at 90 days and 6 months to $16.00. Medical, dental, vision, and group life insurance, starting the first of the month after 30 days. 401(k), starting the first of the month after 90 days.
