Warehouse Technician

Overview Join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Technician and keep products moving safely and accurately from receiving through shipment. You’ll support warehouse distribution, inventory control, stocking, and order fulfillment while using equipment and systems to meet daily operational needs. Your impact: Accurate handling and tracking help coworkers locate materials and help customers receive complete, correctly prepared orders. Duties Receive, inspect, load, and unload shipments; complete shipping and receiving, packaging, picking and packing, and order picking. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, order pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and other material handling equipment as authorized. Move, store, and stock materials; maintain inventory through counts, records, and inventory management software, a warehouse management system (WMS), or AS400. Follow warehouse operations and logistics procedures, safety regulations, safety protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely, using basic math to verify quantities and records. Qualifications Warehouse experience in warehouse operations, distribution, materials handling, inventory management, or order fulfillment is preferred. Demonstrated technical proficiency with inventory systems; familiarity with WMS or AS400 is an asset. Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklift, reach truck, crane, cherry picker, order picker, or pallet jack, is preferred. Able to follow safety procedures, use PPE, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving materials. Warehouse supervisor experience is an asset; knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements is preferred.
