Yanwen Express1. Equipment Maintenance and Management Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, preventive servicing, and troubleshooting of various company equipment. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure safe, stable, and efficient equipment operation. Respond promptly to unexpected equipment failures, minimize downtime, and support operational requirements. Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance testing, and technical upgrades. 2. Equipment Repair and Technical Support Maintain and organize equipment maintenance and repair records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date equipment documentation. Coordinate with external maintenance contractors and suppliers to monitor repair progress and ensure service quality. Analyze root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment reliability. 3. Inventory and Spare Parts Management Manage purchase requests, receiving, issuance, and inventory counts for maintenance supplies, spare parts, and consumables. Establish and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure consistency between physical stock and system records. Optimize inventory levels to prevent overstocking and shortages while improving resource utilization. Conduct regular inventory audits, stock counts, and reporting. 4. Safety and Compliance Follow company policies, equipment operating procedures, and applicable safety regulations. Participate in workplace safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions promptly. Support internal and external inspections and audits related to equipment maintenance and operations. 5. Other Responsibilities Perform additional equipment maintenance and operational tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements Associate degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. Previous experience in equipment maintenance, repair, facility operations, or engineering-related technical roles. Familiarity with standard equipment maintenance procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and basic repair practices. Experience in inventory management, spare parts management, or warehouse operations is preferred. Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to execute tasks efficiently. Effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
