About Optimal Show Experience (OSE) Optimal Show Experience is an event design and production company creating live experiences through audio, lighting, video, staging, and custom event environments. Our work moves quickly, and every show depends on the equipment being prepared properly, organized, tested, packed, and ready to go. We are looking for a Warehouse Technician who takes pride in doing things properly, stays ahead of routine responsibilities, and can be relied on by the rest of the team. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes an active work environment, enjoys working with equipment, and wants to grow their knowledge of live event production. Responsibilities Install and maintain equipment and truck under the guide of Operations Manager. Prepare, pull, scan, pack, load and return event equipment accurately and on time. Perform basic quality checks and report damaged, missing, or incorrectly returned equipment. Keep equipment, shelves and work areas clean, organized and ready for upcoming shows. Load and unload trucks safely and make sure equipment is properly secured for transportation. Support truck load-ins/load-outs, deliveries, pickups when required. Follow OSE safety procedures and proper equipment-handling standards. Identify issues that could cause delays or mistakes and raise them early. Requirements 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory, or similar operational environment. Able to safely lift approximately 50 lbs and perform physical work involving standing, walking, lifting and moving equipment. Demonstrated ability to work independently Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility for assigned work. Comfortable with flexible working hours when event schedules require evenings or weekends. Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems in events production industry is an asset. Valid driver’s licence is a strong asset. Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person
